摘要: 围绕城市生态建设和煤矿开采沉陷区综合利用等问题,论述了矿业城市生态规划的总体构思和生态建设中资源统筹利用,通过构建淮北市“一个绿心、二肺多园多廊道”空间生态景观网络,引领城市生态建设理念由“依山建园”向“城中筑湖、围水建园”,由“背湖”到“面湖、拥湖”转变,打造了山水生态、适宜人居的新型矿业城市,为促进矿业城市生态建设与绿色发展转型、提升生态系统质量和稳定性、建设美丽宜居园林城市提供了成功样本和重要技术支撑。

Abstract: In the paper, the overall concept of ecological planning in mining cities and the resources integrated utilization in ecological construction were discussed around the city ecological construction and comprehensive utilization of subsidence area in coal mining. New mining cities landscape ecology, suitable for living were created by building " a green heart, two lungs, multi-park and multi-corridor" spatial ecological landscape network in Huaibei City, leading the change of the concept of urban ecological construction from "building gardens by depending mountains" to "building lake in city, building gardens around water ", and from "back to lake" to "oriented to lake, embrace lake" providing the successful samples and the important technical support in order to promote the ecological construction and green development transformation in mining cities, enhance ecological system quality and stability, and build a beautiful and livable garden city.
